To whom it may concern,

I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you and your staff for the excellent service I have received while using your facility. I have been there multiple times in the past and I have always received excellent care from both your receptionist and technicians.

Recently though, they responded to a request that was a bit different. I needed to have a CT scan done on a Saturday because of scheduling. Your staff stepped up to the request and did an outstanding job at scheduling it, and the technicians that came in especially for me were nothing but kind and professional. Please accept my gratitude as finding a business like this is not easy. I will always return to your facility for my follow up CT scans and MRI’s.

My procedure was 100% less pain than this same procedure done last August at Breckenridge Lane. Dr. Rothchild and staff was great! My husband even took off early due to the horrible pain from this procedure done last August. He even thought I would need some help this time also. We both were just amazed that I had no pain this time. I am definitely coming back! Thanks again!

The office and staff that work there were very professional at all times. It was my first MRI and the staff made it possible for me to get through it. I really appreciate the extra effort that they put into my test being successful.

Dee and Terry were the best. They were very sensitive to my needs. I was a basket case and I wouldn't have done it if it weren't for them. They held my hand through the procedure. Thanks so much!

I was 15 minutes late to have an MRI done at Breckenridge Lane and they would not do it. I went to Dixie to see if they could do it. I work 12 hour shifts and this was my only day off so I needed it done. They had an emergency, but still took time to call and make arrangements to have it done at Shelbyville Road. I was very, very happy and their help I’d recommend them to anyone.
